A Somerset dementia care home has received its second inadequate rating in three months.Sherford Manor Care Home in Taunton was found to have broken five regulations following an inspection in December 2016, which found staff "embarrassed" at cramped living conditions, diabetics being fed high sugar foods, and elderly people walking up and down narrow corridors all day.The care home has since been re-inspected but has still been labelled with an inadequate rating by the Care Quality...
