A farm apprentice snared by an animal rights group who covertly filmed him attacking cows at a farm near Taunton has been spared jail by magistrates today.
Owen Nichol, 19, of Buckland Road, Taunton appeared at Taunton Magistrates Court for sentencing, after previously admitting two counts of causing unnecessary suffering to animals at Pyrland Farm.
