Road-users in Somerset have been revealed as the most reckless in Britain.
During 2016, there was one speeding fine for every 34 licence holders from Somerset, or the equivalent of 2.9% of drivers being fined. This is the highest proportion in the country and well ahead of the national average of one in 55 licences.
