The long-standing Taunton Northern Inner Distribution Road dispute is still ongoing according to contractors for the project.
Somerset County Council has been locked in a dispute with building contractors Carillion for months over the final bill for the £22 million project in Taunton, now more than two years overdue.
Carillion said this week that the road, between Staplegrove Road's junction with Chip Lane and Priory Avenue, still has no firm completion date.
