A new Co-op store is opening in Monkton Heathfield near Taunton on Thursday. The launch comes after a half million pound investment and is creating 18 new jobs for the area.
The shop on School Road, will be open from 6am until 10pm every day and feature a Costa Coffee point, an in-store bakery and hot food as well as self-service checkouts.
