A 63-year-old man who died when his car collided with a milk lorry in Somerset has been named by the coroner.
Daniel Boyle had been performing a u-turn on the A358 between Ilminster and Taunton on January 27 when his VW Passat was in a collision with a Müller milk lorry just after 6pm.
Mr Boyle, from Cromer Road in Southampton was pronounced dead at the scene.
