It's nice when you win something. You want to show off about it. Of course you do. But at what point does it become, well, just a little bit embarrassing?
Take this certificate, proudly posted outside the Paul Street public toilets in Taunton announcing that you're about to grace facilities that might not actually have WON the loo of the year competition, but were at least highly commended.
