A Royal Marine from Somerset who is serving a life sentence for killing a captive Afghan soldier might sue the lawyers who represented him at court martial, according to national media reports.
There were gasps in the court room on Wednesday (December 21) when Alexander Blackman, of Taunton, was denied bail and the chance to spend Christmas with his family.
