Concern is growing for the welfare of an elderly man who has not been seen for nearly three weeks and police are urging people who spot him to call 999 immediately.Police are renewing their appeal to find Paul Hyam, 78, who was last seen at his home in Wellington at around 9am on August 26.He was reported missing later that same day.
