A young child was helped to safety as fire took hold in the bedroom of a Somerset house.The child and an adult were guided out of the home by call handlers at Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service as a burning duvet filled an upstairs bedroom with smoke and flames.A call came in at 11.54pm on Monday saying a fire had started at the home in Jurston Lane, on the outskirts of Wellington.According to the fire service, the adult and child were still in the home and the call handler guided...
